Privacy Policy
Effective from 28 September 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Robert Soszyński, a natural person operating the "Srebrna Moc: Vitality 50+" service. The controller decides on the purposes and means of data processing.
2. What data we collect and why
- Email address and password (encrypted) — to create and manage your account (basis: performance of a contract).
- Name and email address from your Google account — if you sign in with Google (performance of a contract).
- Subscription information (plan, status, dates) — to provide access to paid content (performance of a contract).
- IP address, device and browser data — for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- Support messages — to respond to your questions (legitimate interest).
Your 50+ Test results, training diary and uploaded photos are saved only in your browser and are not sent to us. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Paddle.
3. Who we share data with
- technical service providers (hosting, database, authentication),
- Paddle.com — the Merchant of Record, which handles sales, subscriptions, payments, taxes and invoices,
- legal and accounting advisors, when necessary,
- state authorities, where required by law.
4. Data transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we apply safeguards provided for by the GDPR, e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep data
Account data — until the account is deleted. Billing data — for as long as required by tax regulations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond within a month. You can also file a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, password encryption and access control.
8. Cookies
We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save your settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can delete them in your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
