How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider Paddle. Go to paddle.net, find your order by email address and select the refund request option. You can also use the link in your purchase confirmation email.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the "My account" page. Access remains until the end of the paid period. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
